CAN I GET EMERGENCY TREATMENTS DONE IN THE CLINIC?
Emergency cases are handled in a case-to-case basis. For most days, it would be better for you to book for an appointment as this would help lessen your waiting time. However in rare emergency cases, you can be a walk-in patient and alert the secretary on your matter.
IS THE CLINIC OPEN DURING SUNDAYS?
Unfortunately, the clinic is not open during Sundays. However, in certain instances where patients have urgent concerns with regards to their treatments, they may still call and we are more than willing to tend to their urgent needs.
WHICH IS BETTER: CALLING FOR AN APPOINTMENT OR ONLINE BOOKING?
Whether it be calling for an appointment or booking your appointment online, it would not matter because all of your appointments are taken care of by our staff. There's nothing to worry about.
